Come join us on Saturday, September 29, 2007 as Saint Louis de Montfort Catholic Parish and will host the Little Run on the Hillside 5K Run, Walk, Kid’s Fun Run and Kiddie Sprint being held at Northview Christian Life Church at 131st and Hazel Dell in Carmel. We look towards this event to bring the local community together with family and friends to celebrate our Fall Festival weekend. The Little Run on the Hillside serves as a way for our church and local businesses to give back to the community. Any proceeds earned during the event are used towards programs for the church and school such as tuition assistance, strengthening our community outreach program for the homeless, and supporting a food pantry for the poor in Hamilton County. The success of the first 3 years of the event, that have attracted over 750 participants, demonstrates the allure of the event along with strong parish/community support. |
Events – The 5K Run/Community walk courses wind you along the beautiful hillside of the highest point in Hamilton County on the grounds of Northview Christian Life Church. This is a cross country course. The competitive 5K Run begins at 8:00 a.m. The 5K Walk begins immediately after the start of the run. A 1-mile Kid’s Fun Run and a Kiddie Sprint takes place after both the 5K Run and Walk conclude. For family registrants, there is no additional charge for the kid’s events.

Registration - You may register on-line via the weblink below through September 27th. You may also register by completing the printable form (link below) and mailing it and your payment (payable to St. Louis de Montfort) to St. Louis de Montfort, 11441 Hague Road, Fishers, IN 46038 or by faxing the credit card payment to 317-576-1932. You also may register on Saturday morning at the race site from 6:30 AM to 7:45 AM.
Entry Fee - $15.00 per participant and $35 per family. One t-shirt will be given to each individual who participates with the exception of family registrations. 3 t-shirts will be allotted for family registrations. All pre-registrants will receive an event T-shirt, bib number, goodie bag, post race refreshments. Day-of-event registrants’ will receive a t-shirt only while supplies last. There may also be add’l t-shirts available for purchase at a nominal cost. There is no cost for participants of the Kid’s Fun Run or the Kiddie Sprint.
Prizes/Age Groups - Awards to the top finishers in each age group: Male & Female 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60+.
